Limited Wi-Fi connection in rooms!!! Small size of some rooms!!! Noise disturbances from other guests!!! Hard beds and mattresses could use improvement!!! Inconsistent air conditioning performance needs attention!!!

this hotel claims to offer a superior experience, yet I was only given a cramped room that felt like a closet. the AC didn't work, and I had to suffer through exterior noise. I also expected special treatment for these inconveniences, but that was nowhere to be found. how disappointing! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Dom Dinis Marvao is situated in a fantastic location that offers stunning views down to the valley, making it feel like you're on top of the world. The friendly staff were very accommodating, providing helpful dining recommendations and assisting with parking arrangements. The breakfast was enjoyable, providing a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel was easy to navigate to, and parking was convenient, especially late in the day.

The charm of the location left me speechless. a short walk to the hilltop castle with incredible valley views. My room was spacious, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the streets. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were genuinely heartwarming. Breakfast was a delightful spread, definitely one of the best I've encountered on my travels.
